Activated in 1942, the 501st was attached to the 101st Airborne during World War II and the Vietnam War. A key player in Operation Overlord (the attacks on the Atlantic Wall in Normandy on D-Day, June 6, 1944), the 501st was a part of the paratrooper groups to be dropped behind enemy lines on that fateful day. In a celebration of our heritage, we have remastered the logo to modernize it while maintaining its history and placed it on this dual blend shirt.

Made from a 4.3 oz., 60/40 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester blend, pre-laundered for a soft, comfortable feel. Designed with an athletic fit—may shrink slightly, so DD214 bodies may need to size up.

The vintage ink will give it a vintage look and the feel is incredibly soft and gets even smoother after the first wash. The print fully absorbs into the fabric for a lightweight, no-scratch feel—so you can move without distraction.
