Activated in 1942, the 501st was attached to the 101st Airborne during World War II and the Vietnam War. A key player in Operation Overlord(the attacks on the Atlantic Wall in Normandy on D-Day, June 6, 1944), the 501st was a part of the paratrooper groups to be dropped behind enemy lines on that fateful day. In a celebration of our heritage, we developed the CLASSIC WW2 501st Geronimo design on an AMERICAN made dual blend shirt.
